hmm, i'm not sure extacly because the price of each item is not fixed so it's a bit difficult to calculate it, i think the paths/fences and trees cost a lot of coins, so for the paths u can do it with different paths if u think it cost a lot of coins, and for leafy/pine trees can replace it with apple/cherry tree
