I feel like when you got gcds to spare, just running with gcd ready, reusing Touch of Weakness may be the play. Dmg+blackout chance. There are several moments where you don't use anything and have mana for days. Just a thought.
To just spam me with dmg like they do in pve and not and not CC or sheep to reset but I'm sure thats a decent strat vs priest it's just me being slightly tilted ))
The hunter played in open world abusing 41yd range, more if on hills could mana kite sp until there is nothing left, then kill, especially with engineering

Good locks are rough. They should beat an spriest. I noticed he wasn't using spellstones and such to absorb dmg and remove silences.
