Polandball comics are wiggly MS Paint-drawn comics where balls represent different countries. They poke fun at national stereotypes and the "international drama" of their diplomatic relations. Polandball, also known as Countryballs, combines history, geography, Engrish, and an inferiority complex. Polandball comics first appeared in 2009 on a German image board int ze internetz and was later popularized on Reddit's /r/polandball subreddit, today being a community of more than 650k subscribers.
