You can grip a baseball any way you want to, and if you know how to throw a certain pitch, it'll get movement. The grip is a small part of how the ball reacts. You are missing the most important part(s) of throwing different pitches. I'm not giving anyone the answer...That's what pitching coaches get paid for, but for your videos...Just because you pitched and were successful, doesn't mean you should teach it, because just by gripping a baseball different ways doesn't mean it'll react..... And more than likely a kid will try, under your instruction, to throw and tear something by over throwing the ball and by manipulating their arm into goofy position to get movement when the grip doesn't do it for them.
