LOVE IT! OMG...I didn’t know it was that easy!!
Seriously, what’s not to love about bromeliads?
    I’m stocking up!! 😂🤣😂🤣 Thanks Maria 🥰
So just by placing them in a pot with NO soil and just pine bark and peat moss those pups will grow big and produce flowers and produce more pups??
If so, I’m amazed and excited can’t wait to start growing them! 🤩😍😎❤️

Most bromeliads use their roots to attach to trees or a bark medium. They absorb nutrients through the leaves, and water from the central crown. When you plant them in soil, they may develop root rot.
I use orchid mix when I pot them, trying not to get the medium wet!
Works for me, I have extensive collection.
    Love your videos María 🥰

Maria’s Garden Thanks so much for your reply! I’m learning a lot from you, my friend!
Didn’t mean to correct you, just sharing my own experience with you.
Following your advice, I pruned and cleaned the roots on my three Desert Rosas.
They look very nice. How long should I wait before I repot them?
I live in Lake Placid, about an hour away from you.
I also pruned my two Plumerias!! I know enough to be dangerous! 😂😂😂
One of these days you should show us your husband, so we can see the man behind the camera?
Thanks again! I’m addicted to you! 🥰😉

I have all mine planted in soil so i will pull them and do as you instructed. I just need to get a bag of peat moss first. When you water them do you just put water in the tank of the plant? how do i keep roots from drying out. I have the large green one with red flowers and four of the yellow ones? This was a great video. You are helping me so much and i thank you and appreciate your knowledge.
