I know everyone has an opinion and a right to let it be known - BUT- you have put down Sha Na Na and especially JC constantly, if you don't like them - why don't you watch something else? Questioning their weight, sexual orientation, ethnic background, etc seems a bit foolish and immature - these guys are talented and alot of fun. They bring back alot of Good memories for us fans.

Do you understand this band made a name for themselves doing other's songs? Now we know local bands have been doing this forever but to do this and make it on mainstream TV???? Yes, that's how GOOD they were. Still love them and always will.

We the baby boomers still have the best music. We invented rock and roll and we perfected it and now they've ruined it . How in the hell anybody can call rap music music I just don't get it. There's nothing music about it.

Right in the height of the disco era, these guys sang music that was decades out of style, and were not afraid to singing it, thinking people were not going to except it. I got to give credit to these guys. Long live Rock and Roll.

Supposedly this was the first and probably only time the boys actually got to sing live. From what I’ve heard their performances were lip-synced, which frustrated the guys because they wanted to showcase what they could actually do. Like, John “Bowzer” Bauman is classically trained from Juliard.
So they pressured the producers, and finally got their way. That’s why the guy is holding the cue cards; it’s their way of mocking production for scripting them.

Joe Reed perhaps it was because there were less people who talked to each other like this. There are really good and really bad points to most decades. You can find them in the 80’s 90’s, millennium, 10’s and today. It gets darker the less we try to inspire love and help each other out instead of bogging each other down. We get so defensive and at arms that we cause friction over innocent intentions. Let’s make the world better by making each other better. Let’s stand up for what’s right absolutely but do it in an appropriate way instead of raining on someone’s parade during a lightheartedly fun video. Let’s be good to each other because that’s what we can control in this crazy world.
