    Very well chosen topic and explanation. Because of you, we could cut our PCB cost by a third!

    I was waiting for this video from a long time. Could you just make a video in which you could tell us how we can combine two or more than two different pcb. So that i can order single pcb of two different project in same cost and just break them apart and use it in the different project.

      We'll do that in the next video 🙌.
      But i don't think you can print 2 PCB in a panel at cost of 1.
      Panel charges will be different, and there might be additional cost as you keep adding more design to the same panel.

      @@pcbcupid so is there any other ways by which i can add two circuit in same board and later we can cut on my own it if we provide enough spacing . As it will save time and money during prototyping the circuit.

      @@sudhanshuranjan4957 if you can make your 2-3 design as a single PCB (without vscore or mouse bite). You can get it done cheaper, but you won't have proper finish and need to use crude way to break the PCB (Saw, CNC or some other means)

    Thank you so much for this amazing content, can you also please make videos of Orcad/Allegro PCB designing.

    It was a good video, but I still didn't get the point why should we do it ourselves rather than leaving that job to the manufacturer.

    • @pcbcupid
      @pcbcupid  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not all Manufacturers give custom options to make rails, mounting points or other features like fiducials. Which are very essential if the PCB are not assembled or tested by them.

      Getting 5 panels with 6 small pcbs each is often cheaper than getting 30 pcbs. At least when you're working with small boards

    • @michaelcummings7246

      Another example where you might need to do it yourself is a small board like I'm making that has castellated holes right where all the automated tools want to add the mouse bites 🤬 but need to be routed out there instead with the bites to either side.

    Is F.Cu layer of Vcc and the B.Cu layer of GND makes the capacitance in the PCB?
    .
    .
    .
    If i created the F.Cu layer of Vcc fill and the B.Cu layer of GND fill, then the upper side is vcc and the lower side is gnd then there is probability of capacitance is induce,
    can you say is ok for mini projects and this is not recommendation for frequency and clock related projects?
    what if i can fill both the layers with vcc?
    what if i can fill both the layers with gnd?

    • @pcbcupid
      @pcbcupid  20 วันที่ผ่านมา

      In this case it's already recommended to fill both side with GND. I would never suggest to go with alternative fill on top and bottom if it's a 2 layer board.

    I don't get how you get from a leader dimension to the v-score remark so quickly.
    Did you install some plugin?

    • @pcbcupid
      @pcbcupid  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are no additional plugins; I have just timelapsed the video for better pacing.
