Sir I used to explore science channel since 7th class and I can say that your channel have become one of my favorite channel, where i can find information of every great field of science like technology, science, space, computers, cameras and many more. Great job sir, thanks a lot! Great video Great presentation Great details Great explanation Also Very easy to understand complex topics. This is really one of the best and BAM BAM channel!
For majority First the farming sector gone then the industrial sector both required muscle power now the service sector will be gone next they got artificial mind
Sir please make a video on amplifier and hifi sound and how sound amplification work and its stages and machine used at each stage ( dac tube buffer pre amp amp post amp )
I visited company called GKN for electronic part repair, they have this making factory. But they use ammonia for heating. This process is very cool looking when its working.
1) Chances of fire at sintering ? As u said, we introduce hydrogen 2) How precision maintained when thermals are taking action ? 3) Will heat treatment save enough time for ignoring cnc & vmc ? 4)What about large size components?
1) when I visit a plant they use ammonia for fire 2) precision is considered in diy mould 3) they have a continuous running conver belt which is used for heattreat 4) generally they only manufacture under 5 Cm
Mass production is how many parts per hr pls wastages. This has very low wastages & ur heat treatment happened in conveyor belt style so 100 of parts can be made continuously no CNC can even match half of it
18:39 solid/self lubricant this is unbelievable. If you said this at start, I would have not believed. Car door best example, lubricate once and forget. We really forgot. 😅
Hame powder metallurgy hai material science mai.mechanical engineering mai hamare professor se jada aachese aap padhate ho. Please classes chalu Karo aap
Hydrogen dalne per vo water vapour ban jayega, to vo garam water vapour abhi bhi to rust karenga part ko , jaise hydrogen engine me hota hai pura steam bath type. ??
No, shock waves cannot travel through a vacuum, but they can travel through mediums with sufficient density: Space: Shock waves can travel through space because it's filled with plasma, which is similar to Earth's atmosphere. However, shock waves that involve particles colliding with each other are rare in space because most environments are very low density. Air: Shock waves can be created in air when particles from a supernova hit Earth's atmosphere. These particles are known as cosmic rays, and some are fast enough to create optical shock waves. Water: Shock waves of light can be created in water when electrons from a nuclear reactor travel faster than the speed of light in the water. This is called Cerenkov radiation, and it appears as a blue glow. Sound waves cannot travel through a vacuum because there is no medium to transmit them.

Thanks for the Kind word
The one man army [Science, Technology, Physics, chemistry, biology, rocket science, philosophy...] Love you sir ❤
Thanks for the kind words
Thank you ❤ ❤❤
Nice 😊
Self lubricanting technology bhi hai!! Hamko aaj pata chala 😊
U have already used it 😂

this is the true danger of AI job loss
is it true
@@AnupamVipul is it true
Mass production tech are unbelievable but interesting.
It is amazing how they make these things
You have good understanding of the concept sir
Thanks

That would have been nice

Please sir 1 video on Tesla giga press ..... Please.... Sir ..
It will be in the queue, but it will take time
Thank you very much sir!!❤❤
(I requested the topic 😊))
You're welcome, glad you liked it.
Thank you sir ❤ and Happy Diwali 🎇🪔
Thanks a lot & Happy Diwali to you too
today is diwali, but i was more exited for this!!
Thankyou
Sir plz make video on " Lost wax casting"
Tell me more I have no context for it
I remember my manufacturing engineer classes from this video 😁
Nice 😎
My department but my college failed me in metallurgy. I think I can pass now❤
U need far more than this for Exam But Good luck
@AnupamVipul happy Diwali sir

That is the point of "self-lubricating"

Make video EPS panel home technology
? Full form of what exactly u r talking about
Please cover kaveri engine
Not enough data
Angel Grinder ka black color ka bolt bhi isi technique sa Banta hai kia
Maybe 🤔
Tesla uses aluminium die casting which is similar like plastic injection molding whats future of that?
last I checked they are no longer using it in cyber truck as its too expensive

What about trapped air .. how we are solving that ?
Heating causes out gassing which removes any gas that is stuck inside
Science में भी शादी होता है 😊😊😊
Yes but there is no alimony 😁
But powerder metallurgy have required lot of energy and intial cost . Problem come in heating part
It's cheaper than anything else that's why it's used in many fields
Can their be fireworks without solid powder...
In principal yes but it won't be economicall
Sir iq kaise check krte hai

Economics 🤔🤔🤔
It works that is why it's used world wide for mass production
