About the the Other Key Workers from what I read, my current job could be regardless if it's in the S.O. list(correct me if I am wrong because I am reading both the Shortage Occupation and Other Key Workers sub categories) but the Machine setting job which is also related to my job may qualify me and probably, my current staffing agency and company agrees to give me a referral letter. Japan cannot give me the career change I need. I am willing to learn German(+ Serbian due to my Germany and Austria-born Serb friends) and integrate without getting a handout from the government.
