These protests take place outside Belarus. If there were any form of protest in Belarus, they would be arrested before they could gather more than five people at one location.
They only meaningful "riot" would be if the military and police joined it. Which could, perhaps, happen. But then the Goblin King in Muscovia would send his orcs in to crush it. Belarus does not any protection by the EU, NATO, or even Ukraini. They are totally screwed.
