One of the models the wife and I actually agreed on when we shopped for the one we have now, making the mistake with the floor plan that we've already outgrown in this 43 foot bunk house that took all the comfort away from the living space.
This one is NICE! The tv's opposing each other for the kitchen and living room was kinda cool.
Then the huge bath in the back is awesome! Just a great coach

That slide out spice rack makes for a great K cup holder!
I’d definitely live in this fella!! Love the layout! Jayco hasn’t changed their cabinets for at least 2 years now! Those are the same ones I have in my Jayco motorhome! 😂
Yeah they are more so sticking with what’s been tried and true for them.
I like it except for the bathroom counter area, I dont think any rv needs two sinks
But what I would rather see is a place to sit down to do hair and make-up
Agreed on 2 sinks, give me more counter space and storage.
So agree. I have never needed to brush my teeth at the exact same time as anyone else. I think it's a wast of counter space in a house too.
The flipped living room is clever and I'm surprised that they took note of the cook's TV watching (although men do cook.) I agree that the carpet looks tacky when the rest is reasonably elegant. The stove is centered but there is not much prep space. I like the bedroom and I am glad they put a pretty bright white spread on the bed. The bathroom is very nice and for a couple, that bathroom would work well with the two sinks.
I love your site. I’m 75 and thinking of renting out my home, which in Canada would be $2400 a month. Then I can buy a truck, a scooter and a fifth wheel and travel and stay in the US/4 Corners for six months then to Mexico. Keep up the great work. I think I need to take a course on tv maintenance

I am shocked that Jayco built this, at least in video it looks GREAT love the layout, curious how its built in person. I think those small round ceiling vents in the LR WERE THE AC VENTS and the return in the mid galley served those as well. If not definately need a 3rd AC unit FINALLY NO CARPET SLIDES !!!
I'm weirded out that the cab8nets have no backs..like when he opens them you see the wall...not the box..saving $ on materials

I have Never needed more than 2 burners at a time. I’d rather have more counter space. The spice rack looks like a pain to reach. I absolutely love the front living space and the televator. Beautiful bathroom & big shower, plenty of storage. I love it👍👵

Yeah, I like this floor plan on this RV. but I didn't care where to kitchen table was. if they can make the slide wider and put a bigger table there. that would be great.
The water jug in the pass-through feeds the spigot at the faucet and the refrigerator/ice maker.

Thanks again for showing, you always do an excellent job! I could live in IT full-time if it had more storage, particularly in the bedroom. If it had storage above every single window throughout the entire Rv, that would help serve. There’s a lot of places they could put more storage in the half bath also. Those things will be essential to live in It full-time. But boy do I love it!
The designers of some of these RVs are obviously married. If they were single, doing their own cooking and cleaning, they would put more thought into the blacksplash - behind the cooker and the sink in the bathroom. Cleaning that window and frame looks like a hard chore. And traditional tiles look nice, but scrubbing between them with a toothbrush isn't as easy as wiping a smooth, flat surface clean.
In the half bathroom, I like the backsplash, but I wish it had gone up further like up to the medicine cabinet. Really like the oven and the way the stove top looks. Don’t like where spice rack is because I am short and that is a high maybe that’s why people didn’t like it. I like that they upgraded the living room furniture. I am not a fan of the bowl sinks but I know many like them and it is not a deal breaker for me.
Not a big 5th wheel fan but this this looks great! Nice review. Love the flow and the feel. Now if Jayco can deliver on the construction quality. Thanks

this one is great. white with black accents looks good. i'm interested in ways i can personalize the interior design, art/photography. i would consider retiring in one of these
3rd AC unit in the NP goes in a traditional vent cutout and is not whisper style. Returns at the AC as in the past.
The fabric is microfiber and a washer soap and water

good job on the video but you forgot to show them in the bathroom that if you choose not to put in the washer dryer, there’s a very large shelf that will fold down to create another level for you in the cabinet in the bathroom where the washer dryer goes.
It’s a nice unit but closet space in the bedroom is severely lacking. Also disappointed that if you put in a washer and dryer you don’t have linen storage in the bathroom.

That knob you just pointed out is apparently a "sway control" light, according to another review I saw recently. (I saw your's first and went looking for another that would identify the knob.) The trailer has anti-lock brakes and sway control, and that know is a feature of the sway control. The other sight answered the question "what is it?", but not how it works.
It’s my fav, this is exactly what we r looking for.
I love it, wish we could come down and buy it we have the North Point 310 but we wanted something a little bigger.

No vent fan or ac in FL is a deal breaker. Thats the hottest area of the unit

Uniroyal is owned by Michelin in America and they make a fine tire. In Europe they're own by continental. I'm partial to Goodyear endurance personally.

I would use the space above the oven and microwave for something other than spices. Heat is not good to maintain the quality of spices.

I don’t understand why you need a living room for twelve people in an RV that only sleeps/houses a couple?? This is why I have never understood fifth wheels. 🤔
A fifth wheel is "carried " not towed but the real reason is truck and trailer combined length is less for same length living space
The two larger couches fold out into probably queen beds. I like a large living room area because when our kids and grandkids come to visit, the sitting area can get very congested.

We have 8 camp sites where we are located in the campground. We get together all the time. During colder weather, it is often that we all cram into one camper to play card games, dice, or digital games that use a fire stick and cell phones. The rest of the time we use a screen room with two picnic tables, or use a projector for the digital stuff. Then again we are all military so we are use to that kind of chaos of being grouped up all the time. Also our kids now have family’s of their own so we could definitely see the use for all this space. Some people prefer to be hermits and are better off with a couple camper. We currently have a couple camper and make it work for the time being. If I ever upgrade the truck then maybe we will go for something like this.

The kitchen tv is nice, but I'd rather have a complete wall for pantry storage. The spice rack would be a good idea if it was a little lower.
Not really sure what the point is with the TVs configured that way. All you're gaining is a TV in the kitchen. Who really cares about that? I like the openness of the floor plan when the TV is in the front.

Anyone looking at one of these for export its important to know the 2024 model has gone wide body so can not go to a lot of countries. I never watched the whole video so it may have been mentioned.

I don't understand the hanging rode and the shelf on the other side. 1 shelf 1 rode in each makes the bed room functional for both people
I have a 2021 or 22 ( I cant remember) north point 377rlbh it has 3 ac units. The one thing I don’t like in the front living you showed is they added the cheap looking carpet Nader the recliners. That just looks bad.

Yeah, Spice rack not practical because it is usually the women who cook and usually the women aren't tall enough to see into the drawer to find what they need that high up.

Jayco should redo the closets. Make those two long wardrobe doors longer, and both hanging, then then should do a dresser under that window like Grand Design does. It’s such a lovely Coach, but I think they failed the in the closet storage.

I have never seen a rv of any kind without slide covers.
You can get these installed on nearly any RV with a slide out as long as the slide out isn’t too close to the awning arms.
Slide covers are a big no-no in Kansas. Constant wind tears them up.
No less then a 4500. Better brakes better hauling capabilities, better steering. F350 is to small. Tried it , pushed me on down hills. Not up to the challange.
Again severely lacking on water storage seems Brinkley is the only one who cares to put a big tank inn.
I'm still looking , but no on demand hot water means a no purchase will be considered .
Why is that?
I will be using one for full time living , with the option of traveling occasionally with family , four very long haired women in this bunch and long shower time.

I don’t know. I don’t follow all the shows happening across the US. There’s far too many. But I was at an event in Indiana called open house that’s a closed to the public event that you’ll see videos from.

Every other front living fifth wheel has the TV in the front cap and the recliners backing up to the kitchen.
Looks like they copied Grand Design Solitude 346FLS except the 346FLS is nicer.

Not much cabinets at all in kitchen
I so not like the toilet it looks like a tight space. The storage in bedroom for clothes I need a bigger closet. I have seen all your video and I have seen better one than this and cheaper
Have you made it halfway through this thing and I’m ready I’m not on the construction of this thing. Jayco is not known for the construction. I’ve seen Jacob come up with some extremely good ideas but in the long run, they don’t always work out. Just finished the rest of the video disappointment. Good luck and don’t get me wrong but disappoints. Storage in the bathroom you’ve got a cool cabinet sitting there with three or four doors down and you got all that space it’s not being used not good planning I don’t think good looking but planning not there. Storage space in the bedroom, clothes, socks what are you gonna put your shoes? Come on folks. One small hanging I don’t think so. I had a class completely across the entire back end and I still gotta use a little bit more. And we were only living well I take that back we lived in it for A year and a half and it was adequate. Now I don’t know you need to be a little more innovative as far as storage looks beautiful. Got some good ideas but they’re not working out the way you think they’re going to. You need to pull it and CEOs need to live in it for a year and see what they think. Without a storage building on the outside for extra stuff. I think some things will be changed.

That’s how nearly all front living fifth wheels are designed. Unless they go with a 1 bath option instead of a bath and a half. There’s just really not another good spot to put a half bath in a front living layout
