Basically their videos get put on the TH-cam kids' app, which means no monetization, no feedback (comments and community tab), no nothing
They'd end up working for free

Why is there no more dolls?
as usually youtube harms good people who have cool and unique channels with their so-called "good intentions". This reminds me of witch hunts on gamer channels youtube did a while ago, and you know who was damaged after that? Companies that made games. TH-cam vids helped to popularise games and was essentualy a free commertials. How does that relate to dolls? Well am afraid that we are standing on another edge right now, just like when mh-eah franchises were about to close and there was zero dolls to fit in their place. With such brands as LOL surprise being made specifically interesting to watch being open on camera that new policy may seriously damage their popularity just like it was with the games. And barbie is long on a death row too. I just hope that hype that was recently made by mga with OMG dolls will be enough for them to live a few more years.
Another possibility is that youtube will pick favorites again like it was with "pauls" and will allow larger toy-doll youtubers to remain untouched by this new ridiculous policy.
