I don't think so, but I'd like to believe you can. When I was collecting iron off camera I had an event called "Full Moon". The only thing that happened was a werewolf and some wolves appeared outside the farm. I got hit by the werewolf a few times, so I'm hoping that maybe something comes of it. There's not enough games where you can get lycanthropy 😊😊
