I was at my favorite arcade a while back and played Mandalorian. It's a very crowded and stacked table. One of the rings broke off under a ramp that supports something above it. The owner almost started crying lol. He just shut it off for the night because it would take so long to take everything apart just for one ring. He told me he went ahead and replace all the rings while he had it all apart. Glad you don't have to mess with that. You amazon link is to a pinball. My TV died and I used your link to get new LED strips and will attempt to replace them. Wish me luck.
I remember when this game was new. …It’s a shame you don’t have the backglass to show. It was absolutely stunning back in the day, and it’s still stunning after all these years. What a beautiful looking pinball machine.
You already give us so much Nostalgia with these videos and then you go and bring out Bob Ross. My Dad use to watch him all the time and I use to hate watching him, then I became addicted. LOL Good ole memories. I later learned that he also served in the Air Force. From a fellow zoomie RIP Bob Ross.
There's a Bob Ross channel on Pluto TV, which is free. My grandma used to watch him back in the 80s. Things like him and the theme from Taxi instantly remind me of her. Another great video.
@@LyonsArcade Cool. I live near Funspot in New Hampshire and they usually pick up the best new machines. I been playing Mandalorian lately and it's pretty badass.
I deal with schematics regularly for work but I still get confused by pinball schematics.. How are you determining which switch on a relay is its own hold circuit? What I get confused mostly about is that it seems that if you have an issue for example, that deals with a switch on a relay, you find the coil for that relay and have to kind of look all over the drawing and find any switch that might have the same name as the coil that's activating it? So the switches could be anywhere on the drawing and you just have to locate them all?
Yes that's pretty much true, you have to look around and find switches in other places, but usually you don't have to do it that way, because typically you're finding a coil that's not coming on. So if you work backwards, you'll see like "B" relay has a switch in line with it, so then you see if the B relay is coming in or go find that switch on the B relay, etc. The hold switch on itself isn't too bad, you just follow the line back until you find a switch that's the same as the relay. so if the Ax relay is what you're looking at, there may be 4 or 5 different lines that are running to one side of the relay coil and any of those can turn it on, one of those will be a switch that says "Ax" so you know that's the hold circuit, because it can't be tripped by anything but itself.
Size (of the schematics) matters. LOL! I finally investigated the 2001 machine some more. I found the key. But I'm disappointed that the plywood bezel around the backglass is delaminating. Well, I guess I'd need to make a new one, but I don't drive, so getting the plywood would be a challenge.
Being English, Elton John knew full well that he stole the name "Captain Fantastic" from a UK TV show of 1967, "Do Not Adjust Your Set" which had a serial adventure character of the same name. After the second season of that show, four of its members joined Monty Python, and the remaining two retooled the show as "Captain Fantastic and Mrs. Black" for its third season. I don't know anything about "Pat Hand".
In your next video, can you post what the back-glass looks like? I know it's cool but I want to see you post it even if it's a picture of the back-glass.
I was amazed at how Bob painted. Using a large paint brush to do a tree in 5 strokes.
He was the man I like his attitude of good enough, but that's easy when you're really good at something.

Thank you Seth, glad you enjoy the ride... see you on the next one!
Back in the 70's I would need one quarter and close the bar with 50 free games still on the machine.

Yeah that's one of the problems with the more modern machines, they're so complex broken rings can really be a problem to change!
A lessser person would cut the ring and then superglue the ring back together.

Remember, maybe summer of 78 or 79. We loved this machine. Maybe my favorite besides Kiss and Playboy machine.
I think that is my favorite playfeild design.
It's pretty great!
Awesome game from the past.
the owner of the arcade I used to hanging out at had an Elton John pinball game. It is good game on of my favorites.
Bob Ross with the Afro hair. Drawing trees was his favorite to paint.
Elton John is back, playing exclusively at Joe's Videogames!
This pinball machine is "Groovy!"
I had no idea there was an Elton John pinball machine. Just shows you how huge that guy was in his prime.
Strong rumours that they're making a brand new one in a few months, but we'll have to see. Might be nonsense....

At first glance that machine looked to me like Spirit of '76.
What is the pinball machine to the left of the Pat machine ?

Depending on the format of the online version you can't make notes on it. On the paper you can make a note like "pulled in during reset"
That bobblehead makes Bob Ross sound like a creepy obscene phone caller.
😊i know What Wrong with the machine. “Its Broke” great video as always. Best regards from Denmark
The back glass is for sale online and under $150.00
Pat Hand is awesome
But that other machine has a cool block look to it.

Bob Ross...."Happy trees".........Ron....."Happy switches".
I’m Mr. Boombastic. I’m truly fantastic.
I like how dissonant the horn or whatever it is in the background of that song it’s a banger
Hey Ron!!
Hey Jason!
The suspense killed me. My soul is writing this comment.
Yodelayheehoo
You should sell a Joe Bobble Head, and when you push the button it said "It's Broke !"
I might have to do that, lol
Whats the fault list? Isn't it enough to just say that "Its broke"?
LLLLLLLLLLLLet me adjust that out… 😂
6 months sorta tells me that Bally didn't have any faith in their motors.
Las Vegas NV watching.
IT'S BROKE.
