On the topic of Fuuka Yamagishi with Junpei and Yukari constantly bringing her up, you actually do have the opportunity to see her before her big story debut. But the only time you can do it is on the first day of school whilst Junpei is following you around. You can find her on the school rooftop ruminating by herself, but otherwise can't talk to her. It was quite the pleasant surprise for me when going up there. I was pretty hopeful the game would allow the player to find her early, so I was really happy when I did!
I should've said this before but, every time you're back at the dorm, you might want to knock on each resident's door (especially if you know they're not on the first floor), cause if they're in their room you usually get little tidbits of flavor text from it, like listening in. For example: As you might remember, after school on 5/26, the day they posted the results of the mid-term exams, Junpei was down and doing some self-loathing humor because of his results. Apparently, if you knock on Junpei's door that evening, you'll hear him yelling and shouting at himself "Argh! What am I doing?! Dammit!"
For the big eater challenge, you just have to answer the prompts correctly to pass. It’s not dependent on your ranks like the beef bowl or big bang burger challenge.

You need to get Soul Spinach now that you have a garden, the Soul Spinach gives you SP! You can buy it after at the flower garden shop at daytime, you know where the cinema it's right? You can't buy it any day so look every day if they sell it and once they do stack up! I think this information is very important and I wished someone told me this because I bought mine way after that day because I didn't know.
I think it takes a bit for the soul spinach to unlock, I remember getting an email from the flower shop around that time. (I think you need to shop there first to be on their mailing list)

To keep this as spoiler lite of a comment as I cant, I'll just say that one is locked behind the chariot arcana, one is locked behind the strength arcana, and one is locked behind the fortune arcana. What levels you need and if you have access to those ones yet I'll let you figure out for yourelves unless you specifically ask for that information.

I recommend doing the Chariot (track team) Social Link, there is a Social Link locked behind it, which has ANOTHER one locked behind that one.

He seems he Is three levels below the rest😅. But I wouldn't worry so much. There are method to make lower leveled party members gain experience.
