Mam how can we find the stability of the system and how can we find whether the poles are inside or out of unit circle in z plane..?

In this question you have directly said filter coefficients as pole locations which is not correct, as the new coefficients came as 0.875, 0.125
Shouldn't we be putting this values in the equation and finding the values of poles.
