You could use two burger sized fry breads for buns, a smash burger with all the topping, refried beans, lettuce, tomato and a sour cream based sauce. You can probably come up with something better but this is just the basic idea. Anyway, love it or hate it, I would love to see your take on it. Much love.
I made this, and it was FANTASTIC. Had to leave out the Adobo Sauce (cause my family are wimps with heat), and I also skipped the sprayer debacle...cause no one needs that. 🤣 Overall, if you have a pellet smoker and don't try this, your pellet smoker will be forceably removed from your domicile. Thanks, fellas!
I made the bacon jam early in the morning and filled a small mason jar with it. I had the rest of it on an everything bagel with a thin spread of cream cheese and it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! Great recipe.
I remember people complaining about mayonnaise on their hamburger bun and returning it to the kitchen. We just threw it on the flat top to toast up, and they always said it was delicious after they finished eating. 😂
People always say and do the dumbest things in restaurants. It was always lots of fun to find ways to fix a problem like this, basically demonstrating how stupid they are without telling them.😁

I use smoked skin off pork belly instead of bacon in the jam. Also I add worcestershire right into the burger mix. Great addition of maple syrup, I use bourbon instead of cider vinegar.
Want to use a smoker for a burger? Smoke a 3/4 pound patty of chuck ground for about 2 hours at 250 to 275 degrees. Then sear it in both sides over flame or a skillet.
As always, looks sooo good. So, I'd love a knife but I'm an old RB broad, probably won't be selected. I know, pic is from before there was electricity. Anyway, recipes are, as you say... Blankety blankety-blank delicious!😊

These EGGS! You gotta try these! As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them. Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs... 1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks 1/4 Part Peanut Butter 1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub) 1/2 Part Mayo Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide) Smoked Paprika Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos) Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks with fork until fine. Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce. After PB and Horseradish are mixed… Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. - Do not over mix or it will separate!!!!!!!!!! Put mixture in eggs - I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers... Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika. Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each. Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.
An hour ago I watched Guga cook Sam's blue cheese bacon cheeseburger and now you cooked a different hamburger. I believe that I should have been the knife winner. Lol

I’m still waiting on you to try Chicken Parm Cremera Pizza. Pizza Crust Tomato Sauce Alfredo Sauce Diced Grilled Chicken Mozzarella Cheese Parmesan Cheese Bacon Crumbles Roasted Garlic Ricotta Cheese Red Pepper Flakes Italian Seasoning The way I do it is tomato sauce on the crust then Alfredo sauce on top of that diced grilled chicken, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crispy bacon crumbles, and chopped roasted garlic. I like to add red pepper flakes, dollops of ricotta, and Italian seasoning. I’ve been asking since September 5, 2023

I did something similar, but I put a cast iron skillet on the smoker and smashed the paddy on skillet.

I've been wanting to make this same burger for a while - got some good tip on my next bacon jam with the apricot. Just needs bourbon.
These all seem like good ideas. I like aged white cheddar, or Vermont creamery crumbled goat cheese for my burgers.
Love the bacon, onion, jalapeno jam, will be using it on this and many other recipes.

Had a sprayer similar to this. Worked great for oil. Put some water in it, and it never sprayed again. Threw it away.
