    I relate a lot with this. I actually train better if I'm alone and I'm allowing myself to make mistakes and be more creative. Again, thank you for this.

    Thanks 🙏🏽 for the video. Very useful! I wanted to ask about the length of the staffs when you spin double. Does it matter how long the staffs are?

      Thank you! The length I use is 120cm and I use the same length for doubles and even 4 staffs, but it's just my personal preference for my specific style. I suggest you start with something between 120-140 cm and with time explore different lengths and choose what works best for your style with the staff. Good luck!
