These 5 should give us the following: 1). A Universal African Passport, 2). Central bank of Africa and common currency, 3) build high speed railways and internation highways and unrestricted air travels between nations, and 4) build solar energy hubs in the Sahara, reliable communication between nations. They can do all these by committing to one item annually.

These 5 should give us the following: 1). A Universal African Passport, 2). Central bank of Africa and common currency, 3) build high speed railways and internation highways and unrestricted air travels between nations, and 4) build solar energy hubs in the Sahara, reliable communication between nations. They can do all these by committing to one item annually.
