One of the many reason for this kind of cracking is high water contain in concrete. If you use concrete with low water contain this kind of "plastic shrinkage cracks" can be avoided. Main reason is water contain and not curing. Try with low water concrete. This kind of cracks can be avoided to a great extent
Yes sir correct only.we did only site mix.even though mine cracks are formed in our site.we to asked the Er.He told he will apply water leakage liquid all over the place.is it correct. Any pro blem will raise in future sir.
It depends on crack width formed and intensity of cracks and their numbers across the Roof ... if its hairline crack no issues mam ... but if had many shall do proper water proofing

What is the thickness (inch) of normal house roof concrete?
It depends on span and load coming over the slab ... minimum 4.5" thickness to be given .. better to follow by structural design ..
