Yes, epicness right there on that stage. Phenomenal band and with Floor fronting them they are untouchable. Tuomas found his shangri-la when Floor joined Nightwish. Best vocalist I've had the pleasure and privilege to see and hear during my 57 years here on Earth. Marko and Floor together is 🔥. Thank you. 🙏😊👍❤️
You have to check the whole concert! They did a DVD called "Showtime, Storytime". Its one of best concerts of all time! 2 hours of epicness! Wacken 2013!!!
I concur fully that Floor is the greatest female of all time especially in the metal genre. And yes I booked flights hotels and tickets for the Nightwish show this year in Gelsenkirchen Germany. It was like a DeVine experience. Rock on guys
My wife and I were there too, great show, my wife had got tickets for my birthday and we drove across 3 countries to get there, magic day I'll never forget, that and the ships passing behind the stage was something else 🤘
I would strongly recommend you to watch the whole Wacken 2013 concert at once. Only then will you experience all the magic and power of Nightwish and Floor. An experience of a special kind!
Since Floor joined they are like 3 times more badass than they were. She brought an energy that has never seen before in Nightwish. Best symphonic metal band ever no doubt of that. Love them all but Floor is something really special-her solo work is also more than amazing

Get on the Nightwish express. It takes you away. You don’t know where they’ll take you but you know it going to be friggin’ epic every time . Sensory overload….and Floorgasms..NW style!!

When you watch this again in private, you can turn subtitles on, they actually added both English and Spanish at the same time (original video, not the full concert) I think it's a really nice touch that they added the Spanish subtitles too, because NW has such a large fanbase in South American nations :)

Great reaction! Marko is coming to Argentina in October for some acoustic performances, together with Anneke van Giersbergen. She will perform a solo set, then Marko will do his set, then they'll do a few songs together. Should be very special.
One of the reasons for Tarja's expulsion was her inflexibility. Tuomas wanted more pop and Tarja didn't want to deliver. Later she learned new styles on her own. She sings more flexibly today than in Nightwish times. History has shown that only Tuomas is irreplaceable. Whenever a member left the band, he believed in the end of the band. However, a solution has always been found.
@@richardmead5969 Yes, but he is only a guitarist and can be replaced. Tuomas needs band members to finalize the songs, but he makes the Nightwish sound. Therefore he is irreplaceable.

The "slide" as you guys call it. The musical technical term is called; "(an Up Down) Glissando", in wich both singers in this case slide up and down the scale.
No disrspecting Floor from me, she can sing. I only want to point you to her friend and role model, the woman who helped to create Nightwish as a power/symphonic metal band, original lead singer and the woman who gave her blessing for Floor to Join Nightwish. The band met her and her former band in 2002. Invited to open for them in fact. So as great as you think Floor is I hope knowing these facts you do check out the solo work of one Tarja Turunen. You can meet the woman who blazed the trail Floor walks down. Please do know the ladies love eachother as good friends and they have been for over 20 years. Certain people love to stir trouble. 😮😮 Shocking right? 😉🙃 However I mean exactly what I said. Think how awesome you think Floor is. OK now picture how amazing must be the person she looked on to as a role model. A good example of one of her own songs from her Colours in the dark album, Victim of Ritual. Her live performance in Milan Italy during ACT II for example. Hold on to your socks though. ❤

Also it brings me to another band that might interest you; a Mexican band of 3 sisters who are going to be performing at Teatro Vorterix in Buenos Aires on the 11th October. They’re very popular and have recently toured South America and Europe with Muse. If you’re interested in listening to them then if you look on their TH-cam channel and find anything from Teatro Metropolitan CDMX it will be live and professionally recorded. Any track of your choice, you will not find anything of theirs that is mediocre, all are good.

The slide is called a Glissando in classical music. Basically it is a voice training for singers by sliding seamlessly up high and then back again to low. For Floor it is nothing special, but that Marko can do this as well....
Floor is probably one of the best vocalists out there, but if you wanna hear the best vocalist that ever walked the face of this planet I suggest you check out Dimash. Start with SOS at the Slavic Bazar. From that on you are going to be sucked into a black whole with no way back.
