In this video, the names and ideas of the flags were invented by subscribers.
In this flag animation video you can see how the countries change their names along with flags. And then this 2 changed flags combine in one.
For example, what if Ireland was called Iron-Land, or Israel was Chocrael.

Red and green switched red went to name and green went to flag it will always never be Greenland with a green flag or redland with a red flag
Listen it's name is greenland but on their flag there's red so he did that with it but switched the name and also switched the color

South Africa = East Africa (with inverted colors) + Tuvalu = Toovalu (with the number 2 replaces stars)
How about this:
Malaysia: Remove "Ma" then becomes LAYSia
Iceland: Activate opposite temperature then becomes LAVAland
Yemen: Rename it then becomes Yeah Man
South Africa: Try making custom flag of it then becomes North Africa (whichever country doesn't exist if so)
Barbados: Add "Barber" then becomes BARBERdos
Sri Lanka: Shrink "Lanka" then becomes Shrink Lanka
