    Hi Yoke!
Fantastic to see such good Videos. I've a 1988 Bros 400 myself, a Dub now based in Tipp, but It's overheating and pitching water, It was standing idle for years and I've started getting it back to roadworthiness. I reckon that the Pump is knackered, so I'll pick one up from China (about €82) and exchange it, then look at refurbishing the old one. I'm looking at the pipe gasket too, your No. 91316-MN8-000 but what's coming up is 91315-MN8-000. Just wondering if you know if there's any difference at all between the two? Thanks for the Videos again!
    Regards
    Rob

Let me have a look cause I changed the gasket for a new one so I will have the part numbers. Just have to dig it out. Also the thermostat might be stuck if it's not circulating, you could try and pull ot out and boil it in a pot

I got these parts from: www.motorcyclespareparts.eu/en , you main need to either replace the pump, or rebuild it as by the sounds of it the seal at the bearing is breached and this will cause the bearing to fail eventually, and seize the pump. You garage will know best as the saw it. But parts seem interchangeable with ntv, revere etc. search for the pump part number on the website and it will tell you. What bike do you have?

@@paddy9551 Great stuff, how do you find the exhaust, I mean the quality, they seem to be the only off the shelf replacement I can find this side of the world. If your stuck for a pump I can try and dig one out, although it’s a bit of work to put a 2nd hand pump in. I have also seen replacements on the Chinese websites for about €70, don’t know of the quality though. It can be rebuilt too, you just need a bearing and a seal, and a blow torch. Lots of options 😀

Hey yoke wondering if you could help me I have a Gilera Runner early 2000s it’s a 125 but I want to chuck a Vespa 300 engine on the bike what would you suggest?

I haven’t done one of these, definitely possible but, the 300 is bigger so most likely clearance issues, you would also need an ECu and loom, wheel, carb from the 300. It won’t be cheap, I am taking that your thinking about it because of licence not allowing a 300. It won’t be cheap, if it was me starting this project ideally you would get a write off vespa 300 to be sure you have all components. The 180cc would be an easier conversation as it’s just a bolt on and it’s really quick.
