Gray Squirrel Stew! With Carter the Provider, and Billy Bob Faulkingham

  • We share our simple one of a kind gray squirrel stew repipe. It’s very simple, with few ingredients, but the results are amazing!
    -Whole skinned and cleaned gray squirrel head, and appendages removed(bone in)
    -3 cups carrots
    -3cups onion
    -1/4 cup garlic butter
    -1/8 cup Cavenders Greek Seasoning
    -3or 4 cups water(as necessary, only one to start. Add others during cooking)
    Add contents to Dutch oven. Cool on 325° for 4-5hours for desired tenderness. Add water during cooking to replace what evaporates. Pull meat from bones, and enjoy!
