Thanks for the drinks, bartender! You blew my expectations away with this one! I thought the Foley work, the character voices, and the script were all terrific, and the art is top notch! You did such a good job at conveying characters even though we couldn't see them, the dialogue flowed really well and I could feel the sincerity you put into it, and the tone, world-building, amd references were a spot-on homage to VA-11 Hall-A! And to top it all off, it was a relaxing time, just as any asmr trip to bar Mori should be You're a reaper of more talents than you have time, so I understand stuff like this takes a backseat to your music and your games, but I'd love to see more stuff like this, flexing your writing and your acting in the future!

It was very creative Mori. I hope we do get a sequel someday. I didn't sleep, I was paying attention to it too much. It was a huge free voice pack with good editing. Maybe the sequel can have an extended ending that's just humming and noises of cleaning up glasses for people to fall asleep to after the script.
Wonderful stuff, Mori. This meant so much to me. Absolutely LOVED it. It was great going back and revisiting old friends: Deal may have become the long lasting meme but Morothi is a unique experience and Calliojou is your most powerful weapon that is criminally underused to this day. All of the smaller references you fit in that you didn't call out really touched me both in rekindling my own nostalgia for VA-11 Hall-A and for how much the game means for you too given that this was a love letter to the experience plain and simple even if only a slice of us here today were around back then. As an ASMR experience, I can see that you put a lot of consideration into it but ultimately abandoned going all in on it in favour of leaning into the roleplay, which is totally valid and I wanted to be awake for the whole thing anyway. Just don't expect the same replayability that those streams get. If you're looking for tips, then you honestly could have made this a decent ASMR stream with a few basic changes: lowering the volume on the intro, outro and the talking. I could see all of the thought that you put into the non-verbal triggers with all of the bar sounds and the rainy mood is a perennial classic, so with quieter voices this would still be pleasant to sleep to. You really don't need verbal triggers for it to work, so all I would have done otherwise is think of other non-verbal triggers to fit into the script as sound effects otherwise, especially as several of your voices - yourself, Calliojou and Callma - that naturally lend to an ASMR feel from their tone. A shame we didn't get Callma, but I get why she's the hardest one to write a script for that casuals would recognise without being full on fanservice one way or another. As I say, I loved the stream as a nostalgia bomb, a love letter to the game and what was essentially a free hour long voice pack. Just some feedback if you were thinking of doing anything similar in the future.

Thanks for the drinks, bartender! You blew my expectations away with this one! I thought the Foley work, the character voices, and the script were all terrific, and the art is top notch! You did such a good job at conveying characters even though we couldn't see them, the dialogue flowed really well and I could feel the sincerity you put into it, and the tone, world-building, amd references were a spot-on homage to VA-11 Hall-A! And to top it all off, it was a relaxing time, just as any asmr trip to bar Mori should be
You're a reaper of more talents than you have time, so I understand stuff like this takes a backseat to your music and your games, but I'd love to see more stuff like this, flexing your writing and your acting in the future!

This was honestly very a chill and relaxing ASMR stream. Filled with moments to think about and also to just smile all of the time. The sounds and the characters, for hour stream it went by very fast!

It was very creative Mori. I hope we do get a sequel someday. I didn't sleep, I was paying attention to it too much. It was a huge free voice pack with good editing. Maybe the sequel can have an extended ending that's just humming and noises of cleaning up glasses for people to fall asleep to after the script.

Wonderful stuff, Mori. This meant so much to me. Absolutely LOVED it. It was great going back and revisiting old friends: Deal may have become the long lasting meme but Morothi is a unique experience and Calliojou is your most powerful weapon that is criminally underused to this day. All of the smaller references you fit in that you didn't call out really touched me both in rekindling my own nostalgia for VA-11 Hall-A and for how much the game means for you too given that this was a love letter to the experience plain and simple even if only a slice of us here today were around back then.
As an ASMR experience, I can see that you put a lot of consideration into it but ultimately abandoned going all in on it in favour of leaning into the roleplay, which is totally valid and I wanted to be awake for the whole thing anyway. Just don't expect the same replayability that those streams get. If you're looking for tips, then you honestly could have made this a decent ASMR stream with a few basic changes: lowering the volume on the intro, outro and the talking. I could see all of the thought that you put into the non-verbal triggers with all of the bar sounds and the rainy mood is a perennial classic, so with quieter voices this would still be pleasant to sleep to. You really don't need verbal triggers for it to work, so all I would have done otherwise is think of other non-verbal triggers to fit into the script as sound effects otherwise, especially as several of your voices - yourself, Calliojou and Callma - that naturally lend to an ASMR feel from their tone. A shame we didn't get Callma, but I get why she's the hardest one to write a script for that casuals would recognise without being full on fanservice one way or another.
As I say, I loved the stream as a nostalgia bomb, a love letter to the game and what was essentially a free hour long voice pack. Just some feedback if you were thinking of doing anything similar in the future.
