SPICY MASHED POTATOES

LETS MAKE MASHED POTATOES BUT SPICY 🥵
It is always fun to recreate and try new things here in our kitchen. Today I decided to turn up the heat on mashed potatoes and it came out so good
I used;
6 large potatoes, peeled, cut and boiled
To make spicy sauce
2 cups heavy cream
red pepper flakes
black pepper
dry rosemary (use fresh if you have it)
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
stir and pour by sieve (to remove dry rosemary and garlic pieces) into mashed potatoes
Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded) and stir
Add chopped green onions
Serve and enjoy 😋
