Mary Poppins is my all time favorite movie, I never realized the power and beauty of this song until I saw Saving Mr. Banks... just recently I went to Disneyland and as we were leaving the park at 1:00 am i turned around to get the last glimpse of the castle and right in that moment Feed the birds started playing and it all came to me, I started weeping like a kid and stood there a few moments as I started walking down Main Street and turned the corner I stood a moment right when the song ended to see Walt and Mickey Mouse saying goodbye 👋🏼 ❤️
There’s something about this rendition that is special, it’s a beautiful song played beautifully but it’s beyond that. It’s almost this exact version is what the song was always supposed to sound like. Well done and thank you
Beautiful & deeply moving. When Walt Disney was alive, every Friday night, the Sherman Brothers would head over to Walt's office to cap off his week by playing his favorite song on the piano..."Feed the BIrds". Even after Walt's passing, the ritual continued. Walt loved that song.
I rarely leave comments on youtube, but I have to say, this was simply wonderful, such a good performance. I've been studying piano for 6 years, hopefully I'll be able to play this one day :')

Monsieur Galinier, whenever I watch this now, I think about France and become so mindful of the horrific terrorist attack upon Paris on 13 November 2015, and the very painful loss of life on that tragic day. Your very fine and moving rendition reminds us and the whole world that France remains so gallant and free. Your beautiful notes are for me now a tribute to the innocent ones who will live on in our hearts forever. From far-away Australia, thank you. Long live France, long live people of such good will. Kindness and care is indeed only "tuppence a bag"....
