Mary Poppins is my all time favorite movie, I never realized the power and beauty of this song until I saw Saving Mr. Banks... just recently I went to Disneyland and as we were leaving the park at 1:00 am i turned around to get the last glimpse of the castle and right in that moment Feed the birds started playing and it all came to me, I started weeping like a kid and stood there a few moments as I started walking down Main Street and turned the corner I stood a moment right when the song ended to see Walt and Mickey Mouse saying goodbye 👋🏼 ❤️

Beautiful & deeply moving. When Walt Disney was alive, every Friday night, the Sherman Brothers would head over to Walt's office to cap off his week by playing his favorite song on the piano..."Feed the BIrds". Even after Walt's passing, the ritual continued. Walt loved that song.
