Thank you. Yes in my TEDx talk “listening to the marionette” I discuss this subject that the marionette has a life in itself that we have to discover and listen.
, Olá, você recomenda algum livro para montar fantoches? no seu fantoche acrobata o fio das pernas fica na frente do comando ou na cruzeta ou atrás do dos braços? obrigado
Not likely...he's a European maker...he smiles at your face...like he's " mister nice guy " and offers NOTHING. This guy isn't "giving" ANYTHING to anyone. His designs are all taken from other makers...there isn't an original part in any of his marionettes...Try "Marionette Sourcebook " by Luman Coad...you'll see every joint ever made...and how to make them. You'll even see how this guy builds his marionettes ! There are few nice makers online who care...and will help you...but don't expect anything from the Europeans...especially this guy.
This one is a little complex. Has a dowel that goes to a hole in the middle of the leg connected with thick nylon string. I will have to make another video for explaining it.
@@metamodo I am also a puppeteer, and I would like to know, how is the hip joint made? Do you know any mechanism to make a tirere walk with a single puppeteer? Thank you
It’s one of the most beautiful forms of art just the whole process of making them and giving them life with strings its so amazing!
