1 HR Watching Airplanes, Aircraft Identification | Luxembourg Airport Plane Spotting [LUX/ELLX]

Luxembourg Airport is the primary airport serving Luxembourg and is also the hub for Cargolux. Along with the entire Cargolux fleet flying through the airport on a daily basis, other cargo airlines such as China Airlines Cargo, Silkway West and Qatar Airways serve the airport.
This video features a days worth of runway 06 operations as viewed from the viewing platform located on the eastern side of the airport. I filmed this on a sunny Autumns day and thankfully caught a lot of the Cargolux 747 fleet, including the elusive retro liveried 747-400F that they have flying around!

That retro Cargolux -400 is just gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. I’m rated on the 757/767, 747-400 and 747-8 and the 747-400 is by far the nicest airplane I’ve ever flown. Probably the closest to a perfect aircraft that there is.
