IJKC USA: The Mission to Mars

The Ismaili Jamatkhana and Center is pleased to bring you “The Mission to Mars.” Dr. Philip Twu and Dr. Mohamed Abid with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory will share their insights on the upcoming launch of the Mars 2020 Perseverance rover and its effort of robotic exploration of the Red Planet. The mission addresses high-priority science goals about the potential for life on Mars. The speakers will discuss the significant role of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education in future careers. ⁣
