I will take my Cummins 444 big cam over any of the new junk.. and i have many overhaul kits ..cams and extra fuel pumps and kits to go long after I am dead to keep it going for my sons and grandsons!

I find the Cummings engine to be a lazy motor I also find that the Volvo Max engine out west in the United States is a difficult engine to get repaired and to find parts for I also find that the Packard engine is in between a Cummings and Detroit in power wise although they discontinued the CAT engine I prefer that motor but if I had to choose I would take a Detroit engine any day
