As a federal employee, I can tell you right now, 25% of the federal workforce (mostly bureaucrats and higher level managment) can and should be fired or let go. They only serve their own self interests and the public would be much better off without them. They have meeting after meeting after meeting where nothing or very little is accomplished. The inefficiency in the federal gov is mind blowing. There is definitely great federal employees that are vital to our country but like I said, we can save a lot of $$$ by eliminating 25% starting with the top. This applies to every agency/department.

Only problem is each senator only gets like what 5 minutes each to question. So playing video eats up that time no matter how short. Most of the witnesses are also instructed to beat around the bush as much as possible to kill the time of the opposing faction.
