Argus introduces world-first x-ray technology to deliver high-definition stand-off imaging of conventional and improvised threats. Argus is remotely deployable with a robot, providing immediate x-ray vision of the target to quickly assess the risk and eliminate operator exposure during threat diagnosis. The unit operates at any position or angle to provide a wide variety of deployment options for enhanced multiple view imaging.
Argus is designed and manufactured in Adelaide, South Australia by Micro-X, a global leader in carbon nanotube x-ray technology.
​Argus uses proprietary Wide Area Scattered Projection (WASP) Technology, allowing the unit to uniquely capture backscatter x-ray images while remaining stationary. There is no requirement to place a separate imaging panel, eliminating operator exposure.
