Even with the production issue I still think "So I'm a Spider, So What?" is a great anime and an easy recommend for those that like Slime. The Light Novels are FANTASTIC and I wish we would get more anime made, but I think now if more was made it would be awhile into the future and most likely be a reboot. A season 2 would have people going WHAT?!?1! REALLY!!! with the reveals. I was in genuine shock while reading vol 9's reveal.

Most of the time that particular critique is leveled at Shun (blue haired prince). lol If you watched subbed I could see the character plus that particular Aoi Yuuki voice being grating. It's kinda like how Monic Rial's voice acting (dub Tanya) is something people either like or hate with little in between (this is of course ignoring the debate of whether or not she's a decent human being).

The dub VA is a more normal voice that I have never personally thought was grating. The dub overall was good, but I do have a big critique of it. Though I don't want to say what it is since that might be what makes you notice it. If you do watch it dubbed it will be interesting to see if a (I'm presuming) primarily sub watcher has the same issue.
Came here to mention this very fact. Like Flames is also my favorite opening for this show, and I like the other songs MindaRyn has done that I've heard, both before and after this. Especially Survive, the opening to Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion. (Which is one of the few anime shows I've watched in a long while that has really surprised me. Spirit Chronicles being another one.) Before she was discovered, she was doing anime song covers (and a couple Vocaloid song covers) on TH-cam. :)

but dont you know the G.O.T. community hates english. just try to suggest english and they tend to beat you down. i used to like this community but the amount of gate keepers i have meet makes me only visit from time to time. example he is currently watching agte in sub. sub is fine but for a english speaker gate needs to be watched in english. it like cowboy bebop, black lagoon and ghost stories. yea you can watch them in sub but for a english speaker they are the few that first time needs to be english but this community are the typical gate keepers so its hard to stay here. blanket statements are bad no matter where they are, i.e. sub is allways better than dub. and for the argument there are many subs that even as a english speaker have to be watched before the dub.
if you want more Goblinas and slime in general i recommend the Reincarnated as a slime spinoff, The Slime Diaries, it is canon to the main series but follows a more slice of life approach to the everyday happenings in Tempest, currently only 1 season has released for it, but it could be a way to get back into the slime mood before s3 airs in April.(in addition to slime, Konosuba s3 is also coming back in April!)

This might be considered a trash take but Tensura (that time I got reincarnated as a slime) is my favorite anime of all time. And I have seen some good shows over the years. I watch this show every time I feel really down (so like at least twice a year).
Why trash taste? Its a very fun show. Definitely an S tier. And I can understand being attached to one show. Same for me when its comes to K-On!. Whenever I feel that I need to look at life in a positive way, that how beautiful things can be if you just have an attitude to enjoy every moment with innocence. No other show could replace K-On for me as the favourite of all time. And I get that a lot, people dismiss Moe shows with cute girls as trash without ever giving it a try but hey they dont define what can make me "personally" feel good.
As a novel reader, it's definitely going to be a fan favorite by the new season. But the best arc hasn't even been animated yet. Fuse can cook, that's all I gotta say
This and Ascendance of a Bookworm are my favorite light novels. My favorite anime would be the Monogatari series and Toradora. But there's so many great anime, so excited for april with all the goodness dropping.
I think you should watch The Slime Diaries. It's only 12 episodes long and a chill anime to pass the time. It is a side story of How I Got Reincarnated As A Slime.
Out of the shows you have already caught up to, we have 3 of the most popular Isekai anime starting April 2024. Konosuba S3 Reincarnated as a Slime S3 Mushoku Tensei S2 Part 2. It will be a hard pick if I had to recommend any one for weeklies. All three of them are good. Purely in terms of popularity Konosuba S3 is being anticipated to be the top anime of Spring 2024.
While I love all of these series I would probably say that Mushoku Tensei S2 P2 would probably be the best out of these three to watch weekly. I can't speak for Konosuba as I haven't read the light novels yet but between Tensura and MT I think MT comes out on top when it comes to what's coming out next season. The next Tensura arc is one of the weakest in my opinion (at least before the series takes a nose dive after around volume 15) and is fairly slow, so it may not be the best to be reacting to weekly. Mushoku Tensei on the other hand I believe is going into a huge arc and builds up to what many consider the all time peak of Mushoku Tensei in Turning Point 4 (which will probably be either at the end of season 2 part 2 or in early season 3 depending on how they pace the part 2)

The Tensura arc is certainly weaker, if you compare it to season 2 which was really good. I would say its still okay though. And I think the turning point 4 or any related events in MT are not going to happen. I think the season will conclude after the events of Labyrinth. Which is still exciting and will definitely have its epic moments. Personally I would also like to see Mushoku tensei due to it being my personal faourite isekai, while I think others are also very good. I am not recommending anything just because from channel's point its hard to say what will bring more engagement. Konosuba in general has more popularity. Mushoku Tensei will be epic and may come stronger towards the end of season. For Tensura, I could be better to couple it with vision of coleus and do it on twitch after the season is over.

SPOILER WARNING FOR ANY OTHERS READING While I personally consider the the arcs that will be shown in S3 of Tensura (the hinata and the founding festival) to be a bit weaker then what comes before and after it (namely Walpurgis and the war with the empire respectively), I could also see this season being more popular then the previous one due to the Hinata rematch and the heavily political focus (something that seems to have become one of the mainly selling points for the series). However, if it is done poorly this seasons could damage the series as a whole going forward. Mushoku Tensei on the other hand is ending off one of the more boring arcs and beginning to set in motion a lot more of the overall story and the great moment to come. While there are some moments that may not be received will (particularly TP3, especially if it isn’t done well), there are also a lot of great moments that will take place this cour (although looking back you are right, TP4 will almost definitely be S3 not S2 P2 like I initially said it may be). As I stated previously: with Konosuba I can’t say much as I know nothing of what’s to come, but as long as it is like the first 2 seasons it should do fine if not better then the it’s predecessors if the season is done well.

I would definitely choose this and/or Mushoku Tensei as your Spring 2024 weekly, this will continue into the summer season. A lot of people will vote for konosuba but at the end of the day konsuba isn't really the kinda anime you can have spoiled for you (as far as I remember it), but some of the content for slime S3 could definetly be spoiler heavy depending on how they adapt it and some idiots on twitter have a rage boner for Mushoku Tensei so if it handles any slightly controversial topics its likely to get spoiled.
It'd be really funny to see you go from Reincarnated as a Slime to "I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level" just for the wildly different slime treatment. Lol.
If you like slime try the mobile game "That time I got reincarnated as a slime: Isekai memories." It goes along with the story of slime in a story mode where you collect characters both normal and in special outfits as well as collab events. Sadly you missed the collabs with both overlord and Konosuba tho they could revisit them sometime. It has its own story as well which is great. Currently they are doing an event with the cast reversing jobs with the Treyni in shions outfit and Shuna in Demon Lord Milim outfit both with a special move similar to who they are copying but done in their own way.

I would definitely choose this and/or Mushoku Tensei as your Spring 2024 weekly, this will continue into the summer season. A lot of people will vote for konosuba but at the end of the day konsuba isn't really the kinda anime you can have spoiled for you (as far as I remember it), but some of the content for slime S3 could definetly be spoiler heavy depending on how they adapt it and some idiots on twitter have a rage boner for Mushoku Tensei so if it handles any slightly controversial topics its likely to get spoiled.
It'd be really funny to see you go from Reincarnated as a Slime to "I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level" just for the wildly different slime treatment. Lol.

If you like slime try the mobile game "That time I got reincarnated as a slime: Isekai memories." It goes along with the story of slime in a story mode where you collect characters both normal and in special outfits as well as collab events. Sadly you missed the collabs with both overlord and Konosuba tho they could revisit them sometime. It has its own story as well which is great. Currently they are doing an event with the cast reversing jobs with the Treyni in shions outfit and Shuna in Demon Lord Milim outfit both with a special move similar to who they are copying but done in their own way.
Cant wait for light novel volume15-18 animated, with empire arc and angel arc. Gonna take years till we get there😂

I really hope you one day react to Yu Yu Hakusho. It was an anime that was my childhood, and the protag is still one of my favorites to this day. It actually recently got a Live Action series made for it too, though it was only 5 hour long episodes.
