Honestly though, as much as the infrastructure and design throughout most of LA metro blows; the worst part is the people. I swear living there brings out the most vain and selfish tendencies in a person.
I mean, it’s literally the place where Hollywood is, so it’s kind of understandable. Hollywood, the Movie & TV industry, Modelling industry etc are the places where vanity and selfishness are necessary for those industries, and if those industries weren’t in LA then I guarantee they’d be somewhere else being vain, selfish assholes
1:57 is not technically true. From watching clips of celebrities a chunk of them stay outside of LA or not in CA at all. LA was a thing in the mid 90s and thriving off that. I got friends in Longbeach that say LA is boring
Nick’s talking without knowing, he relies on desktop streamers that NEVER go out to show him LA or tell him recommendations. In NY he had Emily, who had lived in the city for 6 years, and someone that ACTUALLY goes out to find spots, unlike people like Hasan or QT that get uber eats anything. Also Extra Emily broke her all time sub count while streaming in prime West coast time. So he’s wrong about EST having the best time zone for streaming. His fanbase is mostly European, but that doesn’t work well for most streamers, like Faze Clan that got huge in PT or Emily would for example
Shut up you LA bum sucker. Your City is shit And over priced, your public transport is even more, and don't even think about getting around LA without a car, ridiculously high amount of people in LA are either destitute or homeless and skid Row is appalling and a glaring floor of not just LA but America as a whole. you'd think Los Angeles was Mumbai with the staggering wealth disparity so close to one another. On one street you have skid Row people living in tents filthy and without the basic Necessities of food or clean drinking water go a few blocks down you've got Beverly Hills luxurious cars and condos, designer stores and people's biggest problem there is not getting enough avocado on their toast or complaining about the Starbucks barista getting their order wrong.
@ hasan does not go outside bud. He streams 8-10 hrs a day. He goes to the same spots to play Basketball every morning, trains at his trainer’s house, and goes back to his house. Whenever he goes to eat outside with family, he goes to expensive places, but rarely does so, he always gets door dash. Compare that to Emily living in NY for 6 years while she was a student, someone that actually loves going out to explore the world and new places, it isn’t the same at all. Nick and Emily have gotten recommendations by Hasan, QT, and Fiona (Fanfan), all people who door dash everything to their houses and never go out in LA

1. 2:25 Nick needs to go to China with Emily. The Chinese have already done what Nick said. They have really built a new city just like Nick envisioned, full of future new technologies. That city is called Shenzhen, and so is Shanghai, Shanghai is more like New York, 2. 5:53 Regarding Nick's idea, it has actually become a reality in China.
