@GuidoTubes They look very similar. I try to think of it as the pineda is an arabian skill over the bar with a very late half twist and a cassina is a doulbe lay over the bar with a full twist...still though, hard to tell
@WeaponX0187 Hey, you can find G elements in the F column, you can recognize them by the G in the box of the element. There are no H elements. Hope this helped
the F liukin looks harder than the G cassina. you see many cassinas on hb but very few liukins. the belle should definitely G triple back 1/1. that's impossible.
I'm sure gymnasts and judges knew what they were doing when they assigned the score. Mere spectators should keep in mind that just because something looks "easy/easier" doesn't mean it actually is
Ah I really enjoy these vids, since i'm a noob at gymnastics, everything sorta looks the same to me, this helps making some sense out of it.. A while ago I saw a really old video showing a gymnast doing a splits dismount OVER the high bar, would you know what that skill is called?
the last one is incredible
Very intersting video! Thank you very much for this montage.
Nice but a laid out full twisting kovacs is an f and the tucked is an e
Yeah i checked it out and you' re totally right, thanks.
