    Weight loss is SO hard! Especially after menopause. I started keto about 3 years ago and lost 70 lbs. I have regained about 15, because I got lazy and added back some things. I finally started Carnivore OMAD (eating either a burger patty with 2 strips of bacon, or 3 fried eggs), and doing coffee with heavy cream and water fasts, every other day. I just keep revisiting the same 2 lbs. Lose them, then gain them, lose them again, only to gain them back. I'm so scared that my only hope, now, is exercise. And, I hate exercise. Louisiana is way too hot for outside, and indoor exercise is so boring.
    You'll find the groove that works for you. All of us are unique, individual, creations. It just takes time to find what works for us. YOU CAN DO IT!!

      Love carnivore but with cholesterol issues I do more lean meat. Thanks, Susan

      @@monikiplans you'll do fine. It just takes time to find what works for you. Being healthy is far more important than any number on the scales. I remind myself of that, often.
