Thank you very much ❗️for this project and your free gerber file. I have already made the PCB at JLCPCB and will rebuild this circuit soon! Maybe in my selfmade power supply. Thank you again and wish you all the best. Boris🇨🇭
You do have plenty of fancy tools & equipments. Pls can you give some details of the battery cap meter/ indicator. What is its use? Also can you specify the thermistor type & value in ohms? Over here, tbe part number alone can pose problems of availability. Nice project overall. A "Bill of material" in the video would be very helpful. Inspite of it all, a well made project.
i really enjoyed your every helpful video, please make a 12v UPS for 12v PTCL wifi routers, i will very very thankful to you if you made this project on my demand,, Thanks in Advance
Best bro good project as always
How dei call this modul sensor
I don't have d882 so which other transistor I can use????????????
How much in indian rupees pcb board please reply me
How much current will drow when the fan is off and circuit is powered ??
My bets are in that it'd be less than when the fan is on.
I will surely make this
Very nice project 👍
an old computer i had did a similar thing by just putting a thermistor in series with the fan
Did u put a thermistor inline on live line as I'm thinking doing something that will stop my inverter fan running all the time
Nice video 👍
I cannot understand how you decide/Determine the amount of the components used on PCB LAyout such as 4.7K and 1K.
Because The same process was designed and I couldn't determine the value of the component especially Resistors on PCB.
How about a 555 pwm controlling the fan based off the temperature.
You can ramplace de fan with a relay
Can u just put thermistor inline ??
I finally found it how - thanks
Hi sir good afternoon this is Narasimmaraj from Vellore i need steam flow control
When temp is high(above 100) automatically cut off steam valve when temp is (below 90 ) automatically steam valve open any """""idea""""
Can i make this with 24 or 30 volte dc ?
Nice project
Would you be able to make a small sandblaster ?
*_Hi bro have a nice day_*
hello temp limt c° ????
hey friend can you need a diagram of this circuit?
DC fan ki speed Kaise Badhaye batao
good project
Great Project
but it is not suitable overheat protection. Since 741 is basically working as a voltage comparator as the temperature rises resistance across the thermistor decreases until it matches the adjusted pot resistance which trigger the transistor but if its resistance drops below the adjusted pot value it will not keep the circuit on since there are two different voltages across the Ic pin 2 and 3 so this circuit is not suitable for heatsink overheat protection.
What camera are you using to film your videos?
why not add bgm?
is there any way to use this circuit in reverse like when the temperature is low the fan will turn on and when it is close to desired temp the fan will automatically turn off...help plz...and if that is not possible with this circuit then how can we do that....plz help.....
Its easy. In circuit diagram, invert + and - wire of comparator input.
@@EasyHomeMadeProjects thanks for the reply but i wanted to do this project for a bbq grill.so is it to possible to add lcd pannel to view set temp and current temp to this project... i would bevery happy if you help
Are you sell this circuit board
Can u do a giveaway
Oy parches kese kare bhai contact Dona
please give me the pcb layouts file(PDF).
I need this ckt. Can i get it?
Bhai movie Urdu mein bhi banaya data ke jis ko English nahi aati Urdu main to samajh
wow
can u give us the pcb in a pdf
PCB Gerber Files you put on its different from what you showing here can you explain what R10 AND R8, R9 ,U2
See list of components
@@EasyHomeMadeProjects can you put link for schematic Documents
Bro u can sale this controller?
Good .big pcb why?video like it
pls send me gerber file
Super!!!
I am a newbie. What is the use of d1 in your circuit? Is it a protective diode for the transistor from the fan?
The diode protects the transistor from the back emf generated by the relay ( not the fan)when the relay is switched off ( the fan is not connected to the transistor directly but thru the relay as can be seen in the diagram).
Chetan Anam thank you for clarifying this. I keep learning. Thank you , Chetan.
@@manla8397 you are welcome!
What is the meaning of D1 and Q1 and U1?
D[number] means that there's a diode (including LEDs).
Transistors are marked Q[number],
and U[number] is a marking of ICs
@@adamsucksatyt now I know it. I did this comment 2 years ago . Then I just saw these for fun . Now I have known a lot about these from the internet
Hi
Sir plz your face review
Great job! Could you please put Easyeda's link for this PCB? Thanks!

Viet nam hi
Helol
Good Day Where Can i Find PCB gerber pcb files cannot be read thanks
Could you please share all your files related to this project
Can I run 2 or more fans off this same board? Thank you
And the range of temperature is?
Zabardast
I want to buy the PCB
I’m having some problems with this circuit. It would seem it’s mainly for sudden/dramatic changes in temperature. Could you advise a mod for subtle/slow change in temperature. I built this circuit using the same circuit board and components from the list but it won’t latch on or off, it keeps cycling on and off when it reaches the threshold.
You are using it as sudden changes. Use a heat sink with sensor, then check it.
Easy HomeMade Projects I am wanting to use it to control an extra cooling fan on a piece of communication equipment. Are there any component values I can change to make it handle subtle changes.
Sounds like you need hysteresis in your system.
It's amazing bro 😎
Thanks, for sharing that
Nice 👍
door for chiken plz!!!
Ots not hard and is common catpentry go learn some woodskills.
