Hi Solina this is like so simple and I love it, although the niagliah every day masala has all the spices which is over bearing, with the food, but I am using my own masala and will do my pilaau, I also noticed you use Himalaya salt, I do as well, thank you so much for the recipe, must say you are accurate, perfectionist in cooking and the neatness is classic,
