I downloaded version 2.1.1 I can get live video feed, but it does not allow me to view captured clips when I click on the thumbnail images on the left hand side.
@@hikconnect Yes, the card is installed and I can see the clips on my mobile, but when I am using the PC software, I cannot access the clips. It shows a list of clips on the left hand side, but every time I click on one of them, it does not display it.
i am getting this error even after reinstalling the app " Login Failed. Local certificate verify failed. Please try to reinstall the application". Can you Please help ?
@@hikconnect I did delete device from my phone app. But when i open this program on PC it cannot find any LAN devices. Only after installing back on my phone the camera device suddenly showed up on my PC.

Make sure your cctv already connect to app in cell Phone, then you Just login with same account on pc

Do you have sd Card on camera?

Maybe not support. If you want to see in your computer, you can remove the sd Card, then input to your computer.

Try to un install - then disk clean up your computer - then install again
Is it the same account used to view on the cell phone or do you have to create another account and add the cameras?

For accesing from lan, make sure your device and your pc in the same lan
