    • @DrRose-lifeinthewomb
      @DrRose-lifeinthewomb  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Heusers from cytotrophoblast
      Secondary yolksac lining from endoderm

  • @shajutisaha35

    mam,I have a query....in embryology book has been written that heuser membrane is developed from the hypoblast and that lines the inner surface of cytotrophoblast.but you said from cytotrophoblast....please slove this confusion and how heuser membrane can line the inner surface of cytotrophoblast????

    • @DrRose-lifeinthewomb
      @DrRose-lifeinthewomb  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are 2 schools of thought for this concept
      Heusers membrane according to A K Datta arises from cytotrophoblast because in the beginning the blastocystic cavity is lined by cytotrophoblast.This happens before the formation of extraembryonic mesoderm & cytotrophoblast is lying in close proximity with the cavity .The secondary yolksac gets a lining inner to Heusers from primitive endoderm
