Scottish International Airshow Aerosparx evening display Friday 2nd September 2016

The first ever night flying display in Scotland took place at the 2016 Scottish International Airshow on 2nd September. As darkness fell the final act of the night was the world renowned Aerosparx formation.
The Aerosparx are 2 Grob motor gliders equipped with multi coloured LED panels on the aircraft. The fired pyrotechnics as they flew in close formation in the night sky over Ayr bay. Fireworks then finished the night display
