What a great episode and very touching, thank you so much! In all the 32 years that I've been living in the Netherlands as a black man, born in Africa, I have fortunately hardly ever experienced direct racism. My family is mixed, my circle of friends is mixed. But I can empathize with the statement of one of your guests saying; "they like your culture but they don't like you people". My fellow DJ friend (a white guy) used to play good old American soul stuff every Friday in a pub in the city of Utrecht. The nights became very well attended. Also by many local black people. However, one evening the manager asked my friend to play something else with a comment; "the music is good but we shouldn't have so many of those kinds of people in here".
Stop it...There are black girls who look better than her, like my sister who would put both of them to shame. That mixed girl just happened to be better looking.
They done the same in UK with grime and garage Form 696 target black music and shut down clubs, stop artists performing, stop music playing etc. But standard town nights out you'll see plenty of fights. It was just done to target black people.

Wow that interview with Gino was absolutely phenomenal! I am Dutch, 23yo, studying here in Netherlands and I'm telling you if Gino went into politics I'd vote on him in a heartbeat. Our current government is actively working to make the lives of anyone but old white people and wealthy farmers progressively more difficult and when the Bleach Queen Geertje Wilders' cabinet inevitably falls in a couple months, we're going to need intelligent - and forgive the terminology - 'woke' populist communicators in our politics to counteract the PVV, BBB, FvD brand of fear-mongering, else we risk losing that Dutch innovative spirit he was talking about in favour of hatred and fear.
Thank you so much. I agree with you, any government that has divisive policies will fail the nation. I'm laughing at the Bleach queen remark though haha genius!
@@GinoxxlSamhey, I thought you were great!!! You seem very intelligent and well-informed and I really liked your insights on the current state of our country and the issues at play. The Ghanaian designer's name is Asbon @AsbonFashion . His store/shop is very easy to locate. Find it at Amsterdamse poort right opposite to the Primera shop. A few minutes walk (away) from the Bijlmer/Arena train station. I was with him today at his shop, so he is informed and ready to welcome all new customers/visitors.
Interesting and amazing people. In all Europe 🇪🇺 the love of the black culture exists and the hate or dislike of the black people aswell. In some place the hate covers the love of the culture in some others less. But the main thing is the the hate and dislike really exists. Shutout for the energy you spreading all around the world. Because of Ace I travel more farer and see much more different things about traveling and be in contact of our own worldwide community and with diversities. Ace cleared my way all from Finland to Colombia 🇨🇴 and I now have brothers sisters and a lovely family there waiting for me to come back visiting them again and I'll do so❤🙌🏿👑
Ace I realized you don’t want to get flaged by TH-cam for agreeing with certain comments, but with all the travelling you do, you should realize that the Africa and Caribbean cultures are loved every where, but the people are not
All the people have obviously been loved except the guy that let his residency expire claims not to be, allthough he was allowed to study here and his study was paid for him by the state. The Dutch don't particularly like African culture, just all kinds of music. We have a strong connection with the Dutch Carribean and Suriname, and reggae used to be very popular, but that's about it.
@@DenUitvreter That's not true. If you ever want to know facts of the situation I will be more than willing to explain it to you. The state did not pay for my education.
Hi Ace, my compliments for part 1 and 2. When are you going to make a sequel documentary in China about the kungfu girl who speaks Chinese and is going to manifest herself among the Chinese kungfu monks for a year?
One of the most brutal and cruel forms of slavery in history. I thought the French were bad, but the Dutch took this to a whole different level of oppression. The Netherlands is one of the richest countries in the world, not because they are Protestant entrepreneurs. It was, in fact, because of their exceptionally cruel colonial regime.
As a Ghanaian, listening to Jekah's feedback about the lack of support its so sad....eh jealousy and wanting things cheap! stop it and support your business from our people! instead of buying Gucci and fendi...I`m sucking my teeth!. Jekah keep going.
But let's be honest. His designs are not that unique across Ghana people do what he's doing for much cheaper. Not everyone has disposable cash to spend on everything. Brands like gucci have built themselves to be a prestige brand he's selling what's avaliable for much cheaper in the west. Of course just westerners will appreciate it more we see it all the time at local shops in Europe and the originals in Ghana.
Let's be honest indeed. I personally don't think it's about whether this designer has an unique talent or not. It's a matter of taste. But it's a fact that his creations are more expensive to make in the Netherlands than in Ghana. The standard of living between these two countries is not comparable. So, it's your choice, it's your wallet. But let us not belittle our hardworking fellow human beings with stories like; "I'm from your country, so I have the right to set the price". That's not fair. Don't you think so as well? The rest of your text, dear. I don't really get what you want to say, my apologies for that. Brands like Gucci hardly sell anything in Africa. It's all fake made in China down there. What I would like to say to all the fashion boys with their fake bags, caps etc.; "Go support your local dealer!"
I agree with you. The Designers name is Asbon @AsbonFashion and he does everything in-house. So the JEKAH shop has different brands in it but most of the designs in there are created by Osborne. Visit him if you are visiting amsterdam or live here. I'm sure he will appreciate it very much. I was with him today btw. Cheers!
Just came back from Amsterdam two weeks ago and was playing football in bijlmer (took the metro to Bullewijk) and it reminded me of the blocks here in london at home. I actually prefer Amsterdam to London. Better vibe and as someone whos half Guyanese, all the surinamese food places was a nice touch. Theres so much interesting things to do with all the different colonies. A girl out there who I was with was Moluccan and I had no idea about the history of Muluku Islands and the Dutch, so it was good to learn about.
Great content man, and I love how you show the real thing, not misrepresenting us black folks living here. Also the dialogue with Gino was very good. I like the fact that you pushed back on some of the things that were said. I missed some accountability on certain parts but I do believe his experience is true for the most part. Also one of the things that everybody hates and I mean everybody doesn't matter the race) is the paperwork in this country. So I agree with Gino on that a 100% but there is a part that you play in it as well. But I wish the brother well. Hope you do more cities in the future.

☝🏽She was wanting to say “municipality” when speaking about the grants, etc.
I love to see my people from all over the world.
Amsterdam is one of my favorite places on the planet.
These two young ladies are beautiful!!
This is a fact, they like you when they think you're the same as them. The funny thing is they're the only ones thinking this way.
Ace when you travel to Surinam. You will feel home. Surinam peoples are the nicest peoples on this planet
Definitely visiting the Ghanean designer too when I go!
I want these bollen now, the pistachio one please.
We love your channel 🎉
Interesting and amazing people. In all Europe 🇪🇺 the love of the black culture exists and the hate or dislike of the black people aswell. In some place the hate covers the love of the culture in some others less. But the main thing is the the hate and dislike really exists. Shutout for the energy you spreading all around the world. Because of Ace I travel more farer and see much more different things about traveling and be in contact of our own worldwide community and with diversities. Ace cleared my way all from Finland to Colombia 🇨🇴 and I now have brothers sisters and a lovely family there waiting for me to come back visiting them again and I'll do so❤🙌🏿👑
Going there July 2025 for the North Sea jazz festival.
You Will like Rotterdam.
Exactly my thought!
@@DenUitvreter That's not true. If you ever want to know facts of the situation I will be more than willing to explain it to you. The state did not pay for my education.
@@rmdavis7352 Facts!
@@GinoxxlSam Who did? And did it cover all costs or just tuition fees?
Shoutout to Gino! I feel him. 💯✊🏾
Thank you ✊🏾
Nice conversation towards the video end 👌
Thank you!
Hi Ace, my compliments for part 1 and 2. When are you going to make a sequel documentary in China about the kungfu girl who speaks Chinese and is going to manifest herself among the Chinese kungfu monks for a year?
Municipality ? That might have been the word
Great video king ❤❤❤❤❤
Beautiful and intelligent ladies at the beginning of the video
One of the most brutal and cruel forms of slavery in history. I thought the French were bad, but the Dutch took this to a whole different level of oppression. The Netherlands is one of the richest countries in the world, not because they are Protestant entrepreneurs. It was, in fact, because of their exceptionally cruel colonial regime.
By the way KEEP THIS CONTENT COMING ITS AMAZING!
Ace, i am also a content creator, and I must say I love what you do. Well done, my brother. Keep up the good work 👏🏾 👍🏿
This was really good!
Can u go 2 Australia Gold coast and Melbourne the nightlife out there is crazy
Think the Vlogger Czech in Effect has been filming footage there!!!
There is a real sense of community which I love.
Great watch as always 👊🏿
Happy thanksgiving ace 🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃
As a Ghanaian, listening to Jekah's feedback about the lack of support its so sad....eh jealousy and wanting things cheap! stop it and support your business from our people! instead of buying Gucci and fendi...I`m sucking my teeth!. Jekah keep going.
Totally agree. Africans can sometimes be so mean and jealous of their own folks..
Cheers!
The House of Orange has a lot of blood on its hands
Congratulations on taking your channel to a new level of exploring the world. Traveling is more about the red light district.
Thanks for the education. Never heard of the Muluku island before.
I had a pro wrestling show at the bijlmerpark theatre 2 years ago. Amazing location 🔥
Thank you! Rgds - Gino
Those small cars are wild!😂 but 20k Euros for one of them is a huge rip off.
Reminds me of the Smart cars you use to see in America.
