Your top five are almost the same as mine I would suggest if you like all of them you try Oneus another hugely underrated group and also I stan the entire NCT family. As for girl groups dreamcatcher and Mamamoo are my two favorites but I love Everglow too

I was so excited to watch this!! Ateez are absolute legends. Two things I wanted to add (which I'm surprised weren't in the vid) is that when Hongjoong first joined, a well known soloist and producer from the company named Eden told him to memorize 200 vocab terms relating to music in one night. It was a crazy ask and Eden claims he thought Hongjoong would just give up, but Hongjoong did it without a complaint which surprised Eden and had him take Hongjoong under his wing. (Some Atiny were upset when they found out about this, but I don't see any fault on Eden's part because in the end it showed how passionate and serious Hongjoong was). ALSO when San first came to KQ, he's said that he didn't know how to dance AT ALL and now he's undoubtedly one of the best dancers of the 4th gen, it just shows how much dedication he puts into his craft.

as far as the songs go, i think it's best to go through their discography in chronological order to see their process and style changes (all of their songs are 10/10)
Also if you want to memorize their names and faces better i recommend "an actually helpful guide to ateez 2020" by kang yeosnack because they give some clues about their looks, some extra information and stories along with the pronunciation of their names
my other recommendation would be "this video will make you fall in love with all 8 members of ateez" which show members and a few of their charms one by one
