    You said this is an internal style yeah? I've been training in Chinese internal styles for over a decade and I haven't seen them move so stiff. Is it meant to be this stiff? Maybe to your style this is normal but Chinese internal arts don't traditionally move this way. Where is this style from? I've seen Karate move like this but nothing in China. This is very odd. Are you sure this is Chinese? Obviously there is loads of kung fu styles and I haven't seen them all but your movement is very strange to me. Can you clarify the purpose of the stiff structure? Thank you

      It's internal and external. Muscle control, via tension and relaxation is a very powerful practice. The mind commands the movement and the body follows. The internal currents of electricity are responsible for the muscle contractions. A strong body is essential for containing large amounts of qi.
