    Everything is Inside. So if I am getting affected by someone or something, then they are just actors in my life to show me that there is some problem within me.
    To overcome this use of different tools is really helping. Like SI every 90 minutes. Catching the pattern and releasing it with a smile.
    Be consistent with all the things that we are doing to make it effortless and playful.

    Acceptance is the key - whether it's a situation or a person or a thought or an action or anything else like feeling. It's all about how playful I am at whatever am doing or whatever is happening makes my pathway of journey inward.

    I need to release the feelings of irritation disturbance fear while practising segment intending. When other person is being ruthless or envious or irritated with you he is bringing out my own flaws.I need to use it for my own inner growth.

    Best way to change your frequency is by smiling and passing it on with responsibility. 5 minutes minimum Daily Sadhna is the key to all our concepts.
