    Builders exaggerate positive; negatives you need to find out.
    Isolated area, airport is too far to affect rates here, Jewar is just to offload Delhi only with too runway.
    Do not expect any appreciation . Resale price in this area is just 5500 for ready to move in

    @all please keep telling truth, around. Bcoz it's hype rate we builder can create hype in name of filmcity and airport, then we should tell the truth. Let's more people be aware of this. Anything on prelaunch should not deserve this rate. Builder bahut achya amount middle man ko like brokers n agents ko de rha h, tabhi tou pure greater noida n Noida k property agents lge huye hain espe.

    Sir sone ki matra to Nimbus me naa ke Barabar hai. Phir bhi aap promote karte hi ho. Price kisi bhi sense me justified nhi hai. And we will see allotment day pe units 50% se zyada available hi rahengi. And ye 50% main 300 units Jo inhone open ki hain usme guess kar rha hoon. 1200 checks market me uthe hain . As per direct communication with ACE 100 EOI hi submit hue hain. Isme bhi log ummed lagake EOI de rhe hain ki allotment day pe kuch offer mil jayega ya club fee / transfer fee waive ho jayegi. I highly suggest fellow investors, please stop creating hype by submitting these EOIs at this rate for this particular location. Project 10-20 % hi EOI utha paya, tab entry Len builder payment plan bhi thik karega and rate bhi.

      but right now the price is ₹ 8000 per sq ft it's pre launch price 2024

      @@akhilarora3458 I think you have some wrong information I asked with ACE official right now the price is 8000₹ per sq ft only, which is pre launch price.
      But by the time when project will launch then the price become 9.5k per sq ft, since it's very near to film City and sport City plus jewar airport also I think the price will justify if you take it as a long term and Ace project is far better than any other project 🙂

    Bhai ye location 5k pe launch krk 8k near Possesion in 2029 toh kuch make sense lgta abhi 8.5k mtlb paise chapne ki machine h kya logo pe …. New jobs hai ni … existing jobs pe khatra hai
    Agr investor bhi paise laga k hold karega toh bhai exit to end user hi dega … end user ki paying capacity ban nhi rhi … mtlb kya h ye sab ….
    Aur sabse irritating baat h toll mtlb apne ghr jane k log toll se hokar guzrenge …. Jo profit early buyer ko hona chahiye tha wo phle hi builder kha jaa rha …. 😅
