If you want these to be accurate, you should do it within a CFM set up with Draft Classes to match the real year. So set up year one to replicate the real 2021 season, control all teams and draft accurately as possible(I know Madden still doesn't have compensatory picks) then go into Year 2 which would be the real 2022 season then simulate.
