    ha ha ha ha , Swami ji, I found that papadam eating style of yours while explanation very very funny n hilariuos. My 80% of family eat like that. I hate that style.

    Swami, your presentation is awesome. But you are coughing. Swami we hindus or indians are blessed to have Bhagavat Geetha for mind and Ayurveda for health. God not only created humans but also he send the manual for how to live. But instead of reading and mastering , we should apply in our day to day life will help us to live peaceful and happy life. So please follow Ayurveda in your day to day life. Please stop eating wheat , white rava, maida and fried items and avoid all the vegetables growing under the earth. Only ginger and turmeric is acceptable from earth in your food. Drink hot water after eating. Add fruits and vegetables in your food. 70% of fruits and cooked vegetables and 30%carb is enough for healthy life. Only 2 times meals is enough for healthy life, once in a while go for fasting is important for cleansing our body.
