I’m puerto rican and I was raised around Cambodians. Our cultures are alot more alike than people like to admit. Got nothing but love for my Cambodian brothas and sistas.
Great episode! We always show love in Lowell. A lot of great businesses in that area. Everyone is welcome.
I knew you would follow your intuition and do whats natural......love it Mac
Oh shit! Mac hooked up with the khmer folks!!! That's Wassup G! Most of my homies are all Cambodian! Love their food and culture! Khmer folks are not to be fuked with, they from the real slums, the real ghettos, they from the killing fields!! It's all about Respect in this life!
U right🔥🇰🇭
The stockton cambos definitely left a good impression on China mac especially with that crab curry.😂 u can tell he seem so eager and curious to see what they got cooking up while they were on this fishing expedition. 😂
He marched with a lot of Cambos in the stop Asian hate protest
Born and raised in Lowell during the tough times 90s-2000s. Moved to Boston later in life, still visit family up there and always enjoy some authentic Khmer foods in Cambodian town. A lot has changed and change is for the better.
shoutouts to my KHMERS worldwide....and China Mac...showing the world our culture....nationwide.....love from SEATTLE.....slide through
Hell yeah the Cambodians are living it up!!! Respect y’all!!
I’m in Colorado I love my Cambodians the more you know the better and that food is JUST AMAZING I LOVE YALL SO MUCH ❤
Really glad you sticking to this Mac Eats bro. You really found your own lane after prison. Can't wait to see you take this internationally. Gonna be crazy!
Just starting check this out. Underrated, learning a lot about culture through food. Will share Mac Eats and show support/Love
Shout to lowell’s cambodian community. They’re deep out here n they really paved a way for themselves. Even got cambodians in the city council now. People are quick to judge communities they dont know about but step into one of these neighborhoods and it wont take long to realize what a deep sense of community they have. Ties are strong there and people have eachother backs. Lowell as a whole gets a bad rep but its honestly probably my favorite city in the state and im not even from there. Lowell is the city that most fully captures the essence of massachusetts in my opinion. If people only had one place to visit in MA and they really wanted to immerse themself in the culture instead of just being a tourist lowell would be my first suggestion.
Had no idea of the history of Lowell, but I’m glad I learned about it 🙏
That’s what it’s all about 🙏🏽
@@ChinaMacTV theres a ton of history in lowell. Its the birthplace of American industry. Matter of fact all of Mass has a ton of history. Even a lot of our small little suburbs n rural towns have more history than some of the major cities in other parts of the country. I appreciate u showing our state so much love tho. Being such a small state alotta people misunderstand what its like out here. I watched the cambridge one too. Made me very happy to see. Haitian food slaps n i feel like nobody knows about it. Nothing beats legim tho im disappointed they didnt make u any ahead of time.
That's a first ,if your gonna visit mass visit Lowell
@@greedygrubby9293 i mean if ur not tryna just be a tourist the whole time then yes i stand by that statement. Have you ever actually been to lowell? Sure it has its rough areas but overall its a cool city.
💯🛑✌🏾 Let’s go mill city a.k.a. Lowell A.k.a. Cambodian Town

@Slicc Likewise, and I love it...
I guess it's only certain individuals who tend to make a point of hate, racism etc.. I'd like to believe they are a minority. If they your homies, I'm certain it's nothing but love.
I’m from Boston I didn’t even know this about Lowell dope vibe 🔥
Lynn, Lowell , Revere all day
And now you know my boy..
I lived in Lowell for 2 years. The Cambodian homies hold it down. Good guys but not peeps to f..k with. Real Ones fo sho!! Great culture..great food! Respect
@Decisive One REAL TALK . RESPECT
Alot of people don't realize the hell the khumer people went through especially the elders and some of the OG's during the Khumer Rouge and the reign of Pol Pot. These people came here because they had to...they didn't choose this. They left one war and then had to deal with the homies hear...lot of Latino gangs. Hey..folks found out...Cambodian people are no push overs and will fight. No disrespect to the Latin homies..I'm only stating what I know to be fact. I just got mad respect for the Cambodians...they had come thru a true hell on earth and they really just want to raise their fam in peace like all of us. But I'll say it again...there will be consequences if you come with some bullshit. Lot of Real Ones in Lowell. I can only speak on Boston..where I'm from and Lowell because I lived there. Respect to all you REAL ONES
I'm from Kansas City Missouri so I haven't met many cambodians but getting to see this community you introduced us to was beautiful and it's good to see people coming together I love it thank you Mac
